Pete Shotton
Pete′s interest in psychotherapy began when, as an adult, he became aware of his unresolved feelings of loss and grief around the illness and death of his father when he was a child. As both a client and a psychotherapist he has experience of, and a belief in, psychotherapy as a process for understanding, healing and growth.
He especially values the potency and mutuality of the relationship between therapist and client, challenging negative beliefs and providing the space to understand and express feelings.
